The dishwasher is easy to use and helps keep your dishes clean during your stay. Please follow the steps below:

How to use the dishwasher:

Open the dishwasher and load the dishes, ensuring they are not blocking the spray arms.
Add dishwasher detergent in the detergent compartment. Do not use regular dish soap.
Make sure the rinse aid compartment is filled if needed.
Select the desired washing program (Eco or Normal wash is recommended for daily use).
Close the door and press the Start button to begin the cycle.

Important notes:

Please rinse off excess food from plates before loading them.
Do not place wooden items, sharp knives, or non-dishwasher-safe items inside.
Avoid overloading the dishwasher to ensure proper cleaning.
Open the door after the cycle to help with drying and avoid humidity.

The washing machine is located in the laundry area and is easy to use. Please follow the steps below:

How to use the washing machine:

Open the door and place your clothes inside, without overloading the drum.
Add detergent and, if needed, fabric softener in the appropriate compartments.
Select the desired washing program by turning the main dial.
Choose temperature and spin speed if required.
Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cycle.

Important notes:

Please do not overload the washing machine.
Avoid washing shoes or very bulky items that may damage the drum.
Remove clothes promptly once the cycle is finished to avoid odors.
If you are unsure which program to use, we recommend a 30°C–40°C normal wash for most clothing.

Oven:

Turn the main dial to select the desired cooking mode (Bake, Grill, Fan, etc.).
Use the temperature dial to set the desired temperature.
Wait for the oven to preheat if required — the indicator light will show when it is ready.
After cooking, turn all dials back to the OFF position.

Electric Hob (Ceramic):

Place your pot or pan on the desired cooking zone.
Turn the corresponding control knob to select the heat level (1 = low, 9 = high).
The hob will heat up gradually — this is normal for ceramic hobs.
When finished cooking, turn the knob back to the OFF position.

Important notes:

The surface may remain hot for several minutes after cooking. The residual heat indicator will show when the zone is still hot.
Use only flat-bottomed cookware for best heat transfer.
Avoid sliding pots and pans to prevent scratches on the glass surface.
Do not place plastic, paper, or flammable items on the hob at any time.
Always turn off the hob after use.

Pool Hours: From 09:00am till 22:00pm

Heating: There is no heating at the moment

Safety Rules:

Quiet hours must be respected from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During this time, diving is not allowed
Access to the pool area with food, glass cups or bottles, and balls is prohibited
Music and sound devices are not allowed in the pool area.
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask guests to shower before using the pool.
Always supervise children when they are in or near the pool.
No running or jumping around the pool area.
Enter the water carefully and avoid rough play.
For your safety, use the pool only during daylight hours.

The use of bicycles, skateboards, and similar devices is strictly prohibited within the boundaries of the Community.
For safety and community regulations, the use of barbecues is not allowed.
No parties or events are allowed on the property.
No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted only outdoors.
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 09:00.
Registered guests only: no unregistered visitors are allowed on the property.

Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
Do not leave electrical appliances unattended while switched on (oven, hob, iron, etc.).
Do not leave candles or other open flames unattended.
Keep the hob area clear of paper, plastic, or flammable items.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and outdoor areas.
No running or diving in the pool area.
In case of emergency, please contact local emergency services: 112.
A first aid kit is available in the property (location: please check the guide or ask us).
Please report any safety issue or damage immediately.

Please leave all towels in the downstairs bathroom before check-out for a smooth departure.
Turn off all fan units.
Dispose of all rubbish.
Close all windows and lock the door.
Please let us know your check-out time and our staff will come to collect the keys.
