A/C Instructions
You will find the air conditioning remote controls in the following locations:
- One remote in the upstairs bedroom
- One remote in the living room, placed on the coffee table
How to use the A/C:
- Press the ON/OFF button to start or stop the unit.
- Use the temperature buttons to adjust the temperature (please do not set it below 20°C).
Important notes:
- Please do not leave the A/C running while windows or doors are open.
- Always turn off the A/C when leaving the house.
- Do not set the temperature below 20°C to avoid excessive energy use and to ensure proper functioning.

Dishwasher
The dishwasher is easy to use and helps keep your dishes clean during your stay. Please follow the steps below:
How to use the dishwasher:
- Open the dishwasher and load the dishes, ensuring they are not blocking the spray arms.
- Add dishwasher detergent / tablets in the detergent compartment. Do not use regular dish soap.
- Make sure the rinse aid compartment is filled if needed.
- Select the desired washing program (Eco or Normal wash is recommended for daily use).
- Close the door and press the Start button to begin the cycle.
Important notes:
- Please rinse off excess food from plates before loading them.
- Do not place wooden items, sharp knives, or non-dishwasher-safe items inside.
- Avoid overloading the dishwasher to ensure proper cleaning.
- Open the door after the cycle to help with drying and avoid humidity.

Washing Machine
The washing machine is located in the laundry area and is easy to use. Please follow the steps below:
How to use the washing machine:
- Open the door and place your clothes inside, without overloading the drum.
- Add detergent and, if needed, fabric softener in the appropriate compartments.
- Select the desired washing program by turning the main dial.
- Choose temperature and spin speed if required.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cycle.
Important notes:
- Please do not overload the washing machine.
- Avoid washing shoes or very bulky items that may damage the drum.
- Remove clothes promptly once the cycle is finished to avoid odors.
- If you are unsure which program to use, we recommend a 30°C–40°C normal wash for most clothing.

Microwave
🔌 How to Use
- Open the door.
- Place food inside using a microwave-safe container.
- Close the door properly.
- Select power level and cooking time using the two knobs.
- The microwave starts automatically once the time is set.
🎛️ Upper Knob – Power Level
- ❄️ Defrost → for meat, fish, bread.
- 🔅 Low Power → gentle reheating.
- 🔆 Medium Power → standard heating.
- 🔥 High Power (Max 700W) → fast reheating.
⏱️ Lower Knob – Timer
- Set the desired time (up to 30 minutes).
- The microwave stops automatically when time finishes.
- To stop earlier, turn the knob back to 0 or open the door.
❄️ How to Defrost
- Set the power to Defrost.
- Adjust the time according to weight.
- Turn the food halfway through for best results.
⚠️ Important
- Do not operate the microwave empty.
- Do not use metal or aluminum containers.
- Use microwave-safe dishes only.
- Make sure the glass turntable is correctly positioned.
Oven:
- Turn the main dial to select the desired cooking mode (Bake, Grill, Fan, etc.).
- Use the temperature dial to set the desired temperature.
- Wait for the oven to preheat if required — the indicator light will show when it is ready.
- After cooking, turn all dials back to the OFF position.
Electric Hob (Ceramic):
- Place your pot or pan on the desired cooking zone.
- Turn the corresponding control knob to select the heat level (1 = low, 9 = high).
- The hob will heat up gradually — this is normal for ceramic hobs.
- When finished cooking, turn the knob back to the OFF position.
Important notes:
- The surface may remain hot for several minutes after cooking. The residual heat indicator will show when the zone is still hot.
- Use only flat-bottomed cookware for best heat transfer.
- Avoid sliding pots and pans to prevent scratches on the glass surface.
- Do not place plastic, paper, or flammable items on the hob at any time.
- Always turn off the hob after use.
