No smoking inside or in the terrace area.
Only registered guests may stay in or access the property.
No running or diving in the pool area.

Useful tips

First Aid kits is provided in the ground floor bathroom
Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
Do not leave electrical appliances unattended while switched on.
Do not leave candles or other open flames unattended.
Keep the hob area clear of paper, plastic or flammable items.
Please report any safety issue or damage immediately.
Children must be supervised at all times especially around the pool and outdoor areas.
Exit the main door, turn left, and walk to the end of the road. The bins are there.

The pool has a maximum depth of 1.60 m
No diving at any time.
Always supervise children when they are in or near the pool.
No running or jumping around the pool area.
Do not use glass containers near the pool.
Enter the water carefully and avoid rough play.
For your safety, use the pool only during daylight hours

Parking

Parking is available free of charge just outside the community. Cars must not be parked inside the community under any circumstances. Please note that parking in the cycle/pedestrian area may result in a €100 fine.
